Who builds it.
I'm TJ. I live in Arnold, MD with my family.
My day job is corporate IT. That job taught me the thing most web designers never learn: shipping something is the easy part. Keeping it working for years is the job.
Outside that, I've built and run CanoSoftware. I've designed, built, and shipped four apps to the App Store, and I maintain all of them. I built canosoftware.net myself.
Now I build and maintain websites for other people's businesses, here in Maryland.
A small operation, on purpose.
This is deliberately a small operation. I take two projects a month and I answer email within two business days, not two hours.
If you need an agency with a 24-hour support line, I'm not it, and I'd rather say that now than disappoint you later.
The person who does the work. When you email, I answer — not a project coordinator relaying your question to someone offshore.
And the site doesn't get abandoned the week after it launches.
